Videos Showing How Customers Can Use The Faa Website

I have sat with some of my clients as they tried navigating the FAA website to buy some of my artwork.

I found they did not quickly grasp how to:

1. find the sizes/prices available for each image
2. add a mat (resize the mat and choose a color other than the default that shows when clicking the mat tab)
3. use the frame selection tab

I know that most of us may find it hard to believe - but test it out with a family member or friend to see how easily they navigate through the ordering process.

So a solution would be help buttons for each of those areas that would pop-up a short tutorial video that shows exactly how to use that particular tab. I know that FAA is familiar with making promo videos for the website based on their commercials posted on YouTube. I think it's time they use that experience to make some quick tutorials. That just might increase sales of first-timers to the website who give up on ordering out of frustration.

Does anyone else agree with my assessment?
