Here in New Orleans each year there is the Bayou Boog A Loo festival, Artist set up tents along the Bayou and there is music, just about everything They have the annual rubber ducky contest....for a contribution you buy the duck. They release it at the staring point on the bayou, the first to get to the finish line wns a new car or the money equaling the value of thc car.....
On the bayou I a bridge and the local fire department stand on the bridge and aim down at the ducks below to get the great rubber ducky race started......thousands and thousands filling the bayou....and then they are then channeled into narrow passage and the first to cross the finish line wins....
