Uploading Problem

I am uploading several images, but this one just seems to keep appearing negative. Anyone else have this happen before? None of the other pictures are doing this. I have tried opening it in photoshop and saving it as a different file and it still does it.

**Edit Even the picture shown here, the girls on the top are darker. I have never had this happen before.. not sure why it is changing this image. I know my monitor is just fine too.
