I have not ben able to vote on any image in a contest since I started in June. They tell me someone in my house is voting with the same IP address. How ridiculous. My daughter never votes on anything, has her own computer, and any one else could not be voting on the same images I am. I even changed my IP address and they can't fix it. I've had the same argument with the same person repeatedly and get the same reply. So good luck. I've done all the other stuff, rebooting, clear cache, etc.
