All you have to do is click the Community Tab above.... look for and click Contests.... and in the far left column they are "Now Accepting Submissions". Those are the FAA Open Contests.
the contest page is divided 3 ways. the one on the far left is open. the one on the right is closed. in the center is voting. if your going to the right side, they will all be closed.
