Great, there are many different colours in the world. And all artists have their favourite colours. Colour is so important and interesting in our everyday lives. Its what makes each art piece unique, and special. mixture of colours in art give us different shades, or secondary colours. Colour also set the tone, mood, and create with in us all kinds of emotions coupled with the technique in a painting, etc. It reminds us of someone, something, or an experience, taste, smell and so on. Its empowering, in its all its nuances. Colour in Art can be very therapuetic and healing, view my art piece "Healing"

Interestingly, green is my favorite color, by far, but it is one which rarely appears in my paintings, all the other colors are there and vibrant, just not much green, I've never noticed that before, anyone else have that happen?
So, here is the one with the most green. Ooh and I have one more with some significant green, but it isn't uploaded here...gonna have to make that happen :)

Purple orange kiwi... With that in mind I have a led light with about 15 different colors filters that I have in my living room (Living room has a 25 foot vaulted ceiling)It is really neat . It is the Led Flood Light ..Mine is the outdoor version 10 w...but I use it indoor....Viva Las Vega!! Ha,,, It can be programmed to just spot one color or it can transition into the different colors It has a remote that goes with it to operate it, There are very expensive versions of this such as "Hue" by Philipps,, Hue" is controlled by apps that are downloaded onto your smart phone,,,It is pricey 100+. If you are into color you should check this out...Sorry if I got off track but I wanted to share this with those of you interested in color,

I love them all, but something just seems off to me if I don't have at least a splash of something from the red family in most of my paintings.
