Can't Update Or Replace An Image.

I have been having an issue with updating descriptions or replacing and image.
When I change a description or change and image and click an image, the old image or descriptions is there. Also my markups are all zero even after updating them. I have cleared cached and tried both safari and chrome. Is anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what to do?

I have a sale and need to upload an image that needed some fixing. I have done that and i'm not able to upload the new image :(

I know you said you cleared the cache, but did you try a simple page refresh - should be the same thing but maybe? And another thing - did you scroll down and hit submit after you uploaded the new image and/or changed the description? Sometimes I forget something as simple as that . . .

Hi Nikolyn,

I did page refreshes and hit submit after changing the description and photo. This has been going on for about a week for me. Thanks for the suggestions.

Email the image directly back to whoever sent you the email about fixing it.

For the image that needs replacing for the sale do what Heather suggested.

Contact tech for the other issues.

Thanks JC and Heather. The printing department got the image. I contacted tech for the other issues.
