Uploading Problems Again

Anyone else having this issue? I upload a picture - and it is just fine... but then I go to set prices and make a description and what not and hit submit then it replaces my picture with a "black dot" As if the picture never uploaded. I have tried closing my browser- re opening it and logging back in- still does it. It doesn't do it with every picture. Seem like it does it every 2-3 pictures I upload
