Problem With Throw Pillows On Firefox

When I look at Throw Pillows, this image is what I get on Firefox. Wider images cover the order info.

On Chrome, I only see the pillow photo.

Vivian, I just hit the refresh key and it cleared up.

See if that works for you.

Thanks Chuck............seems ok now.............blessed ! I'll remember for next time though. Cheers

Update: I'm still having the same problem with Firefox. When I leave any of the FAA websites, then come back and click on pillows, I get the two images as shown above.

It clears up when I refresh, but a customer won't know to do that.

Anyone else see what I'm talking about?

I had the same problem with Firefox this morning but it looks like it's fine now.

I had the same problem on Chrome with my AW site, but also found when I closed my Pixels and or FAA site then the AW site worked really well.

Having the same problem, Chuck. Hitting f5 fixes it, but how many potential buyers will know to do that?

Worrying . . .

I'm having the same problem.

I use Firefox and haven't had this problem.

I use Firefox and haven't had this problem either.

MY PROBLEM is that I seem to be able to only bulk edit 25 images at once. This will take forever.
I must be missing something on the bulk edit page????

Help please :)

You can disregard my message above. I finally found the check box to bulk edit all images at once! Shows I don't bulk edit very often!

There are TWO squares you must click, Kaye. First click on the underlined: Show all images.
Then click the box: Image

When you do that, you'll see another box under it: Select all 89994994 images on 999 pages.

Then, above, you'll see: Edit Checked Images Simultaneously

Click on that

OK. Glad you found it.

There's definitely something wrong with the pillow purchase page in Firefox. The page shows the imge at the top, with the pillow underneath. The image at the top overlaps the info on the right. If I click on the image to reposition it, it disappears, leaving only the pillow. If I click on the pillow, it then disappears and the main image comes back again.

As Chuck says, hitting F5 to refresh the page sorts everything out, but visitors wouldn't know to do that.

That's just your cache. Customers would not see that

I'm not quite sure what you mean, Abbie. If it's just the cache, how did the wrong display get into the cache in the first place?

Anyway, it seems to be ok now. I closed and reopened the browser and now see just the pillow, and the repositioning is working the way it's supposed to. :)

i have firefox 25.0 on windows 7 with no pillow display problems. those of you having this bug, what versions are you using?

Chuck Staley

Menega, I have version 34.0.5

I'm not having the problem today. Maybe there is a cache for each piece of art that will have to be cleared...?

At any rate, it seems to be okay today.

Now if we could get "throw pillows" added at the bottom of the page where is says SHOP on our AWS so customers can page through all the pillows.

I know that at the top you can click on SHOP and they are listed under HOME DECOR.

Love the pillows and it gives a person with limited budget a way to have your art for a livable price. I think they will then lead to bigger sales.

Things seem normal, so I will close this now.
