Throw Pillows Not Added To "shop" At The Bottom Of Artist Galleries

I'd like to promote my pillows which I've added this morning by sharing a link to them. At the bottom of my artist website under the heading "shop" there is no option for them. I tried using another option and changing the end of the url to say "throwpillows" instead of "prints" and I get the page which says "page not found".

Any ideas if this is being worked on? Is there an easy fix?

Usually takes 24 hours for new stuff to show.

may i ask if your pillows are showing up now? my problem is.. that they do not show up in my premium gallery....... and i added them 4 days ago :(

I have had this same issue. I have done it all. I have added pillows by adding the prices in bulk, noting. I have added the prices for each image, nothing. I have done this for both FAA's website and Pixels. Only Pixels shows up. For some reason the largest pillow size will also not show up and based on my image size it should. I have waited 24 hours between each time I made a change, nothing. Throw Pillows only show up on Pixels and Not FAA, Not my Artists Website, Not my shop on Facebook. If someone finds another way to make this work I am all ears.

Having the same issue. I set up my bulk pricing and it is working for new images I up load but anything older
is not showing pillows. If I edit an older image it will show up, but when you have a large port folio that is
not possible. Any suggestions???

I was showing pillows on all three sites for a couple of days, now they are on no sites?

@Darren -- It's Bulk Pricing for existing products, Default pricing for images still to be added.

@All -- To find them on your AW, hover your mouse pointer over 'Shop', then click 'Throw Pillows'. It may take a while for new products to show.

You need to use Version #2 to be able to see the new items we are putting on the site.

If you are not doing so yet, log into your artistwebsites.com site and change using the drop down on your Behind the Scenes page

Darren, go behind the scenes and bulk edit. I did it one gallery at a time.

Lynne-Marie, make sure your artist website is version 2. Then at the bar near the top it says shop and then you can select throw pillows.

i have the same issue and i'm not understanding how the answers here are relevant to the bottom menu.
the thread opener states specifically that the throw pillows are missing as product option from the bottom menu on the artist websites.
like here, this is my artiswebsite, version 2, i have had the throw pillows on since the beinnning, have sold one and product option is still not showing in the bottom menu:

I have over 2,000 images and can't even get 1 gallery added to pillows . Please tell me where to start as I'm not very computer literate. any help would be greatly appreciated.

When ever I have to do anything with cell phones and now pillows, I log into my account through pixels.com. Not my AW or FAA.

I am not sure if that means anything or not, but phone covers and pillows are pixels.com products.

I bulk edited or added every single image to begin with, 3800. It took just a few minutes to do that.

Then I went back and removed removed the galleries or just the images I did not want pillows to show in.

I did all of this via pixels.com and had zero problems.

Not sure that helps.

Menega, its not at the bottom its at the top where it says shop! Click on shop, Home decor and then throw pillows.

 

Jessica you both are correct. At the bottom our artist's websites the list at the bottom is not showing pillows. Under the Shop tab they are.

yes, jessica, i know it is in the top menu. what i am saying (again) is that the pillows need to also be on the bottom in the shop menu along with all the other products.
so, again, i would like to see this addressed by someone official in the know on why they are missing there. --> see my image:
