Limit On Press Releases?

Is this new? I just tried to post a new press release and got this message --

"You may only post two press releases per week.

You can post your next release on 12/11/2014 at 05:44 PM (Eastern U.S. Time)."

I posted one on the 4th and another yesterday, but ordinarily do not post that often. I suppose I can understand the reasoning behind tis, but I was hoping to post one today about a LTP I have going on and another either tomorrow or Thursday about the throw pillows.
