Topaz Transfer To Mac?

I'm thinking about getting a used macbook. My PC keeps crashing whenever I'm in Elements and it's always been a little buggy anyways. I know I can put elements on the mac but I bought a couple of download plugins from Topaz. Does anyone know if I can put them on the new Mac with the same code? Or do the downloads only allow for it to be on one computer? Can I take it off the PC laptop and then install again on the Mac book?
