Hello Everybody! I'm New Here And Having Trouble With The Galleries...

I don't know if this has been discussed already, I scrolled and didn't see this question, but, I am trying to make galleries to put my photos in according to subject, like: Christmas, for instance. Can anyone tell me the steps or tell me where I can read about how to do this? Thank you!
