If You Close An Account That Has Been Accidently Created, Will The Original Site Also Be Deleted

I have two email addresses and I accidently used the one different from the original account. I was ask if I wont to upgrade and thought it was talking about my regular account and played for the site. Now I have two accounts and like to delete the new one. I used the same password and all the same info, I fear that if I delete the one I just created that I might loose both account. Can someone give me information about that situation. Thank you!
