the image isn't that good, its not that interesting, i see mostly just flames. it's also heavily pixelated, it won't print. it's been enlarged about 2 maybe 3 times then sharpened.
Its called Samai in Indian language. This type of lamps have very low flames. Its a traditional lamp which is used during worships and inaugurating functions.
you'll have to experiment. trying it at different angles, shooting it bright and decreasing the light in photoshop to allow for more details. and don't enlarge the image, ever.
