Bulk Pricing Problems!

I know others in the past have had problems with this feature. I performed the following:

- Select Bulk Edit
- Click "Show All Images"
- Tick the small “Image” click box
- Select which images you want to bulk edit or, select all your images by clicking the small tick box.
- Click the gray bar "Edit checked images simultaneously"
- Adjust your prices under the appropriate category
- Be sure to ‘Submit’ when complete

I have tried to update all my images in my portfolio today, with each attempt (6) not working. It has even raised my amounts on some sizes too much, and did not change others at all. I removed cookies...rebooting every time. Can support read this and help me out?? I'll gladly give support the pricing amounts I want to use if they would like to attempt it.

And yes, I do know how to view my "red" mark-up for each size when I'm logged in.

Did you check the "select all 3756 image" box?
While Sean is working in the background the site can get glitchy... pricing is one of those places you def don't want glitches...

I just did mine yesterday and it worked I think... now I feel the need to check!

I did, Heather, every time. I have never had problems in the past. The first 4 sizes changed...others were all over the place.

I just made a sale, and it gave me the new markup. But it still shows me the wrong markup when I view the red values when logged it. crazy!

are you sure you're including the $5 or whatever FAAs markup is on top of yours?

Yep...one of the amounts is $43 more than I entered. The one I just sold shows $13 more than what I entered.

Help! I just uploaded my first image and entered 3 sizes with pricing and the print is appearing as available for 1/3 of the price!

Your mark up is showing as huge for all three sizes. More than 300 dollars for the 12X8. What price did you put in? As photogs and artists, we put in our mark-up only. FAA takes care of their stuff on their end.

Keep in mind that when you are logged in, you see the price you yourself would pay for your own piece with no mark-up. I'm seeing a 12X18 print and framed for $395. Which seems really high.

I did a bulk pricing on pillows but the pillows do not show up at all.. Is it being worked on?
I mean on my page there are no pillows listed for sale, last one is the greeting card.
Are pillows listed separately?

The prices are whatever you put in your markup area (that is what you will earn)
If your markup is $50 or under, we add $5
If your markup is over that, we add 10% plus $5

The cushions/pillows will be, and the phone cases are, on http://pixels.com and premium sites only

Pixels.com is going to become the parent website that sits above all the other websites. As we introduce new products (e.g. iPhone cases, calendars, puzzles, etc.), each new product will appear on Pixels.com. The "fine art" domains will continue to only sell products that fall under the "fine art" heading (e.g. canvas prints, framed prints, etc.)

Just log in using your normal details

You can see more about this in your BEHIND THE SCENES | Domain area

If, by any chance, you have done all this and prices are not showing still, edit the image and check the area where the prices would have been. You may have a message there telling you the image is too small.

On the premium site you need to use Version #2 to be able to see the new items we are putting on the site.

Log into your artistwebsites.com site and change using the drop down on your Behind the Scenes page

I gave up for now and ended up deleting my images and my profile photo. One day the pricing was too low. The next too high.

Also, I emailed FAA for help what seems a couple weeks ago, and tonight for the first time only found feedback in this community in my inbox.

Since I have other sites, pricing here is too risky. People don't want to see different prices at different sites - and I don't blame them. I left my login here, however, should this feature be corrected in the future, so that it is easier to tell what a displayed price will be with 100% certainty at the moment you enter it.

I also was not comfortable with waiting a day between uploads to see what price displayed the next day or waiting a couple weeks for feedback. I never did hear back from my support requests. Since I am not a premium member, that might be why.

There are many nice features at FAA, but these two need a little tweaking before I'll try again I think. I don't know. I may change my mind. TBD...

Janice I answer most support tickets within 24 hours. Please check spam if you contacted tech.

The prices show immediately you do them. You were probably seeing your logged in price. That won't change as it's the price you pay yourself for your images

I followed David's and Isabella's instructions on bulk pricing three times but no pillows are showing up at all except the on the new images I uploaded recently.

Ursula, don't go to default settings! Make sure you are in bulk pricing, behind the scenes. Try doing it one gallery at a time.. Put in the name of one of your galleries, then.under search results, there is a box you check, check that box and then another box appears under it saying check all images on all pages.

Jessica, thanks so much! This helped me a lot. I still have some problems with bulk settings but most were solved by your suggestion.
