Dmcs & Takedown Notice Urls

Hi everyone,

For those who don't know where to start with issuing DMCA/Takedown notices after finding your images being used without permission,
thought it might be helpful to share a few links.

These are where I tend to get the most success, as well as doing a whois search on specific domains and working with that info.
Lately I've been finding other recording/visual artists using my images, I do collaborate with a few, though if I don't....I get busy on the keyboard. :)

I usually also get their attention with other methods using Twitter, FB, Blogger and such. Works really well when it comes to other artists.
I have about an 70-80% success rate using these, knowing I'm not going to achieve perfection, but I do address infringements where/when I can.
Have also made a few $$ by getting some to pay up btw by issuing an invoice for as little as $50.00 and the average being $100.00.

It's hard for most to find time to sit and do reverse image searches, but being semi-retired, for me it's not really an issue...

Anyways, not looking to start a debate on the merits of watermarks vs no watermarks, simply to looking to share these links for those who can use them.

Cheers everyone!

Pixsy is offering a beta program for free that searches your images online globally. I have just started using it, a little challenging to understand, but they can be contacted and a real person actually replies. www.pixsy.com
