I think it's a good move, Roy. I did the same thing. I was producing photography plus painted prints but decided that because they're two different animals, to separate the two.

But I decided to go ahead with the premium account so I could develop an AW.

Your move will allow you to target more specifically in social media and with blogs. Plus, you have two separate galleries to work with. I think it's a win-win. You should consider the premium, even if under the free 25, so you can design and link to the AW.

My experience of having two faa accounts ( one is for one of my series in painting only):
I opened it for two reasons....extra exposure and a place to send clients to only see that series.

That account is not premium..the images are also on my main, premium account with 1200 other images.
I get next to no traffic on the small account..even before google stopped picking up duplicate images.

I think that is a great idea, I have looked at your pages, but I must have never noticed these images that you have on your painting page, they must have gotten lost in the crowd. I must say they are unique in a good way, you should do more of that kind of work...just sayin!

Only works if you are sending people to the account. Other wise they just come randomly in via Google.
