Image Theft

name & shame... just contact support if you think something is amiss and they can handle it.

this falls into name and shame unfortunally, though thanks for the heads up. but based on the image size i would say he bought them then uploaded them here - it all depends what the rules are on that stock site.

and now the way the site works is - each artist has to complain on their own, and only if there are a number of complainers will they erase the guy.

As noted in my OP, I did contact support and have heard nothing yet. "Name & shame?" Never heard of it, though I firmly believe image thieves should be named and shamed. It's one thing to buy an image and print it for your own use. It's theft when you buy an image and promote as your own for sale.

The rules are the image creators hold the copyright, image buyers don't. It's theft to buy an image and promote it as your own for sale, even if you bought it.
