Question About Licensing

When someone buys a royalty-free license for a certain file size through pixels licensing, how do they receive the file? Is it emailed to them?

Some company has contacted me about licensing a photo to be used as a promotional banner on a Facebook page. How do I direct them to proceed on Pixels.com in order to do that?

I'd rather they go through Pixels than for me to handle it. I've set up my licensing information, so it should be ready. However, I can't see where a buyer would click in order to do that.

Your help appreciated!

Thanks,
Paul

@ John

I may be incorrect, but if I do remembered correctly, once they pay for a specific size I think they can download that file. I have that ability on my homepage website for stock sales.

@Paul, you probably only need to grab the link, copy/paste, and forward it to them via email. You may need to "log off" to view how a client views your page.

I imagine they are given a link to the correct size for downloading and then if they lost it they can come back and download it again. At least that is what happens on stock site.

Thanks guys...I have forwarded the link and set up my license fees, so I'm hoping FAA will handle it from here.

I logged out and tried to find where a buyer would click to request that type of sale, but I can't find it. Maybe someone can enlighten me on that procedure.

Thanks

I think you would direct them to pixels.com and not fineartamerica?
