I hope it will turn out to be nothing. I was once told by a doctor during an ultra sound on my gall bladder that they saw a cyst in my kidney. I had the CT and it turned out to be a loop of intestine in front of my kidney that was somewhat malformed but OK. I'll say a prayer for you both.

Hang in there and take care of your own health through this. I've had a very tough year; lost my mom in December and brother in September.

Be kind to yourself during this time. You're going to feel incompetent and desperate to do something (but of course there's nothing to do but wait and pray). You're going to be so distracted you can't remember why you walked in a room or drove somewhere. You'll going to be desperate for news and terrified every time the phone rings. Probably you can't work. It's ok to be a mess.

Good people are here and care. Come vent, cry, lean, worry, pray and smile with us. We want to hear.

Teresa Doctors make a big deal out of tumors not so much because of cancer but because often cells break off of them and go to other parts of the body and produce other tumors, should they get larger they can cause damage like in the brain even though they may not be cancerous, in other areas they may not cause damage, operating early will keep them from spreading and growing.

My sister had her lump removed, and had biopsy, hopefully soon get her results.

My MRI was clear, also l seem to be alot better with my ears too, such a relief.
My sister is clear, but she has Cysts, the one next to her temple was removed in December 2014,
She has too have another Cat scan this month of January to see if anymore have grown,
Its very good they are monitoring her.
