Should We License Holiday Cards?

I just signed up for the Licensing Program at Pixels and am wondering if anyone submits holiday and Christmas cards for licensing. Anyone doing this? Mine mostly have a holiday message on the front, along with a nice picture. If so, are you doing Royalty Free, or Rights Managed?

Also, just wondering which license program are you using for non-card images? Thanks in advance for your thoughts!!!

It would make more sense to offer them RM. Royalties based on amount and type of distribution. Normally e-cards are unlimited in distribution so there is a separate rate for that. For print you can have flat rates at different levels. So there might be a flat rate for up to one thousand, 10,000, 100,000, 1 million and another for each additional amount over a million.

Makes sense; I'm very, very new to licensing, and have just about "got" the basics in my head. I've taken some advice from good authority and decided to only do the rights-managed licensing for my things.

I have to admit I'm not confident enough or have the resources to seek counsel on writing up my own tailored license ...

Bradford, do you recommend that I write my own RM license if I want to license cards? Many thanks for your advice.
