Can Not Figure Out How To Upload My Work.

Click on your own name under your avatar and you will get to the page.

Edit - well, that did not work at all! I am getting the same page as you when I try to access your page!!!

See what I mean! It's driving me crazy! lol.. I just want to upload my work! I did just enter my tax info.. maybe I have to wait for FAA to "ok" the info?

You need to contact Tech Support. I can't even find your name as an artist!

Are you registered as an artist or a collector? That may have something to do with it and you may have to change to an artist before you get a page to upload..

You need to contact tech support ASAP...get them to look into it

I signed up as an Artist. I sent them an email about it yesterday, waiting on their reply. I was hoping it was a user error that could be fixed easily :/ I thank you all for the feedback :)

Is there a # I can call to reach FAA over the phone? This waiting game is just not for me lol

There were a lot of technical issues yesterday. I couldn't even search, so sure FAA will have to address those issues before dealing with our uploading and editing issues but hopefully quickly. This is pretty unusual btw, and usually it because FAA is going to give us something new; so patience.
