Positively Sold On Faa

Nothing's perfect or suits everyone, so it's not surprising that working to resolve problems at times overshadows all the good things we have going for us here.
So I'd like to ask others to share positive comments and experiences with FAA.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience of being a BUYER from FAA.
I've purchased 2 large metal prints of my own work for shows. They were shipped quickly, the packaging was incredible, the price for shipping totally worth it!
The metal prints are spectacular! As it’s my own work, it passed my critical eye and expectations with flying colors. And at each place they have been, they’ve gotten glowing comments and lots of interest in the sleek, very showy and rich metal print media.

As a SELLER - I am delighted to have found FAA and that I can refer people to look at my work on this prestigious and professional site.
The remake of the AW site is getting more beautiful all the time. And for $30 - a remarkable bargain!
And while I’m sure I’m not on page 1 for most searches or get my work featured, I am glad they exercise control over what is shown to potential buyers because ultimately it benefits us all.

I also love the many artists who share their ideas and experiences – I’ve learned so much here!

That’s a lot of positives!!

So how about some more?

i like the place too. the printed products are excellent, the buying experience is smooth and very good. the setup for selling is also very comfortable and the company this place keeps is most amusing. ;)

its sent in a puff pack, barely smashed. its messy when its jelly.

its nice that i can wear what i want, and the boss doesn't complain much if my outfit is offensive. the fact i can come in as a turkey is of course a bonus, most places would have fired me for that alone. its hard getting into a car with a turkey suit on anyway.

I have ordered two things from FAA..both were exactly what I was looking for...and the quality was excellent. If I had a comment...one of them was a gift and I sure wish there was an option of a gift card to be included in the order...

I love being part of this community, 90% of the people here are warm, encouraging and supportive. It is a great place to learn and hone your skills. I have had one sale so far and I am thrilled!

It reminds me I should order metal prints.

I never get any fresh donuts. If I get any at all they were left over from Mike and sitting out all night.

I cannot say enough about the good things about Fine Art America as a whole.
It's like owning my own art store without the cost of overhead and all the other aspects that go along with running a business. It allows more time for creating and selling and avoids
the hassles of having to print, frame, and take artworks somewhere else to sell.
As a seller I've seen a steady increase in sales and income since joining FAA and am well over the 400+ mark for print sales in a very short time.
As a buyer, I have bought from Fine Art America and have never been disappointed with anything I have ever purchased. Since I do a great deal of art competitions outside of Fine Art America, it is most important that I receive quality service when purchasing for a competition. I now have 15 awards all won with prints printed from Fine Art America. I have even won an award for the magical metal prints that are mentioned by others listed above. The metal prints are unbelievable! All are of the upmost quality from any printing company I have ever seen.
Selling artwork on Fine Art America is endless with possibilities. I have had a lot of wonderful things happen in my photography career that began with Fine Art America and I still have a lot of hopes and dreams that will surely surface in the future with a company I know I can depend on and trust to look out for my interests. For my interests and sales are their interests and sales as well!
The best part of Fine Art America is the fact they are willing to do anything and everything to help you promote your own work and they are the perfect silent partner in the business world of art. Easy for the seller as well as the buyer and the availability of advice, educational tools, and advertisement available at one's finger tips is phenomenal.
The ability to further one's artistic career is endless within the various forums, links and discussions found on Fine Art America...I sell only from Fine Art America and feel I have made the right choice for me...

Dang! Late to the party again. I hope the donuts are not too stale...

After dealing with broken sales tools and lost files at the place (IK) I used to be, FAA is a breath of fresh air. I love the tools, the appearance of the site, the helpfulness of active members and response to correspondence. And I'm making a few sales. What's not to like?

I've been on FAA/AW for about 7 months. I have only sold two prints, but that's one more than I sold over several years using Shutterfly Pro-Galleries (which cost me $99/year!). I love the tools FAA provides which I think makes a huge difference. And the price is right. $30/year is easy to justify.

I might be addicted to FAA because it has been such a positive venture for me!

The forums, contests and opportunities are educational and fun.

The members are awesome.

The quality of artwork is outstanding and pushes me to do my best while striving to do better.

I have ordered two metal prints (one donated and one sold locally) and will be ordering two more shortly. Everything positive on that issue.

Please stop commenting about the donuts --- I'm already hungry!

Thanks! Kathy

FAA offers sellers an incredible opportunity.

I know of no where on God's green planet where anyone can start a business for $30 a year. Not one that works anyway.

The product is second to none as well.

And it is going to get better as soon as Mike perfects that pepper spray concept he is working on. Not that I care about pepper spray, but if he can deliver pepper spray the next step is a dry martini!

I have been on FAA for 3.5 months and I am really happy with the site. I think paying $30/year for a premium service is totally worth it. I already made two sales and hoping for more soon. I am really enjoying my FAA experience so far and I am hoping it will only going to get better.

Strawberry frosted donuts are my favorite at the moment. As far as FAA, I love it here, I spend more time on this site then the others I am on, just for the sheer entertainment. Even when sales are low it's always worth it.

Mike Savad

at least we know we all seem to love donuts.

or i should say doughnuts for the brits out there reading this and scratching their heads - donuts? what the heck are those? or whatever slang they use that i make fun of.

I am very happy with FAA too. I'm not a top seller here, but do sell quite a few prints throughout each year and have progressively sold more prints each year. Slower going than I'd like, but love the one-stop-shop we have here and the sight is easy to navigate through. I've learned a lot from this very generous community of artists as well. I give this site an A+.

As far as donuts go...

I make the world's best cinnamon rolls, but have never been able to make a good donut. For those I go to a bakery about 40 minutes away. They make the best donuts. No joke. Thank God they are 40 minutes away or I'd be as big as a house from donut consumption.

We love Fine Art America!! Thanks to JC for inviting us here about 3 1/2 years ago, our sales have been great and we have made many contacts for art licensing for our images. We have also in the past, purchased a few large canvas pieces and they arrived beautifully.
Many thanks to Sean for creating this wonderful site and for continually tweaking and refining things here to improve views and sales.
