Posting Images

I'm doing something dumb, I'm sure, but I'm having some trouble uploading a file. I can upload it with no problem, but it is not saving. I've uploaded pictures before, but I must be having a senior moment because I'm not seeing something that completes the action. Sorry for the simple question, but for some reason I'm just not doing it right today.
