Why Are Search Terms 'animals' And 'impressionism' In Same Drop Down Menu?

I want to search for animals or birds painted in an impressionist style. But I can't because they come in the same drop down menu.

Surely 'animals' is a subject and 'impressionism' a style of painting?

Don't use the drop down menu Roz, use the search box at the top of the page and type in animals impressionist.
