Hello Teresa, I highly recommend for anyone who is getting into licensing to get Fotobiz. http://cradocfotosoftware.com/fotoBiz/index.html It is one of the if not the best software to help with licensing. It has the tools to create estimates and invoices and keep track of your licensing and contacts. Just an overall great sw. I have used it since the first copy came out and never looked back. It has wonderful tutorials and tips as well. Just a happy costumer do not get anything out of endorsing the company and software.
