Something You Don't See Every Day!

Thought this was an interesting artistic interpretive activity. Watching the video at the end is interesting - while you wait for him to balance the rock, you can always watch the tube rafters in the back!

Those are the most gorgeous stone stackings I've ever seen. That guy is an awesome artist. I enjoyed the vid, too. I may have started to meditate a bit! Thanks, Rebecca.

Amazing ... When the old bones don't work anymore I'll have husband plant me at a rivers' edge or maybe a gravel pit ..... could be a new career!!!!!! (Like I would have that kind of patience!). Thanks for the link, Rebecca ... really, really beautiful!

glad it was a hit! I think if I was hiking along and saw some of those stacks in a stream, I might think aliens were hiding in the bushes!

OMG! So fascinating--what an artist. It is sad the sculptures are so temporal, but the photography is beautiful and records each for posterity! Thank you. Kirsten

Besides his Eye, and his Patience, it's his ROCK STEADY left hand holding the earlier placed rocks, that makes the impossible possible.

Yep, Roger - can't see me standing in freezing water holding on to a rock for that long, but that's part of what makes him an artist!

ROCK STEADY.......... good one Roger, and I forgot to add that to yesterday's post!
