Getting Started With The Most Exposure, What Do I Need To Do?

Interested in knowing how best to get started with the most exposure. Do I set up in galleries or single prints? I've tried looking as a customer and my prints never show up? What am I doing wrong?

It's a marathon, not a sprint. If you go into this thinking it's all about the "most exposure" this early on, you'll get shell shocked pretty early. Upload images people will want to buy. As to why you can't find your pictures, your first image has no keywords or tags whatsoever.

Art Prints

It also has no caption.

Very generic keywords here, no caption. And shot appears to be leaning

Photography Prints

Generic keywords here again with no caption. Also blown out sky and dark interior.

Also, new work takes 24 hours to get "found" via keywords, but you have almost no keywords anyway. Also put your name in as a keyword.

always start in galleries and have it organized, upload more work.

you have no description and practically no words

Photography Prints
this has no tags or descriptions

this one isn't printable due to noise. but you have few words - tell us about this butterfly. the type, its an insect. without the words, no one will find you. the search here is based on sales. but you won't show up. google won't find you because you have no content. you also have to advertise yourself with social media - google uses that too.

have a more impressive bio. knowing about your family won't help you sell. tell us what you specialize in. these are keywords for google.

this one could sell - but with only 3 words - sunset, water, sky - no one will find you. where is this? mention that. tell us about this scene and maybe why i want to buy it. you can tag it - location, your name, sunset, sunrise, vacation, travel, beach, shore, chairs, silhouette, orange, ocean, bay - and go on and on about it. down to the type of chairs if you can. the more words that describe the image the better. if i was in the market for beach chairs and sunset, i could not find you. and by location - people like their town.

right now your gallery isn't set up at all. the pictures are a jumble. organize that. replace the avatar - don't have a date code on it, makes you look like a beginner.

start with that, build a gallery, then push it out, there is already a lot of marketing threads.

you also don't belong to any groups, or joined any contests. and you have to tell people your here. you have millions of people ahead of you, your invisible unless you shout out - but first get started on the descriptions and tags.

Like they said it doesnt start that fast. If thats what you are looking for..you have to be a sales rep for yourself & advertise. Look at others photos & see what your competition it, get ideas, see how they word things
