Overseas Postage

Look it up on USPS, UPS or FedEx websites... that's what it costs!
Shipping isn't cheap. Especially when it's going to the other side of the world. Just how it goes.

Since you know who your potential buyers are, find a printer in Australia and offer to handle it yourself, don't go through FAA.

It costs me $11 to send a small envelope to Canada... and that's next door country wise.
Keep in mind the packaging it needs to go in, insurance and such - they can't just stick it in an envelope. Its packaged so it can't be bent.

oh seriously??? damn.. that sucks... yeah, I already know an Australian printer I can use.

I have order fulfillment worldwide to handle these situations. I just need the orders to go with it.
