Who Blogs On Faa?

I do, but not nearly as much as I think I would if there was any real feedback, either directly from folks and via FAA numbers. And by the question, I mean Who blogs ON FAA? Not Wordpress, etc. I sometimes feel like I'm blogging only for myself and that one guy on Facebook that "likes" every post I make.

If you're posting "pre-sale Jordans" on the blogs, good luck to you! (Not really.)

I'm considering it but don't consider myself a Writer. FYI, I read one of your blogs the other day.

i've added some, but they aren't a day to day event thing. that would be boring to me.

I post about once a week. I get a few reads and the occasional comment. I only blog here, though, so if I used them anywhere else, some of them wouldn't make sense. I've blogged about the discussions here, the personalities, but I've also posted several personal-type blogs.

Hi Joseph! I try to blog every month or so, sometimes twice. Writing a blog [of any interest], maintaining our groups, managing our galleries, hosting & participating in contests, posting discussion threads in groups & the community forum, responding to comments, etc., plus actually creating works of art & taking pictures that are worthwhile is, well, a full-time job! And, my husband isn't all that happy with the time I'm spending here as it is. I'm just hoping my efforts will pay off in the end, whatever that means? I'm beginning to wonder!
Btw, Mike, I rather imagine your blog would be well-read & followed...IF folks would just check in on them more than once in a while! They seem to prefer the discussion forum...and the blogs, which are just too, too many to keep up with, fall by the [blog] wayside here on FAA. Plus, you don't get any notification if someone actually shows up & makes a comment. One more thing to keep track of!
My two recent blogs, one re hosting FAA contests & the other re FAA Bio content are polar opposites, as far as receiving comments & feedback, the first being more popular, and the latter not so much. It might do better in the discussion forum. Might try that approach.
Over & out.

I blog on FAA and WordPress. ... And Tumblr. ... And LnkedIn!!

I post pics on WordPress which shares the post to Tumblr. I write on my FAA blog, and the first couple paragraphs are shared via my FAA email campaign then linked back to my blog ( yes, Sean is brilliant ). This same article is also posted to the LinkedIn Publishing Platform ( suggested by Linked and works! ).

EDIT: I also by the way have some followers via RSS, so I've strated posting my group features and notice more visits on my artwork from it.

I blog on my AW/FAA site. It's the site I promote most for my art work. I get very little feedback or comments from my blog because no one can comment on my AW site. I hope that will change one day soon.

8975 readers to date, minimal feedback, don't know my 'readers',but somehow, my blog caught on and it's been a revelation to have such continued interest...

I blog on AW/FAA once a season, so far. I am struggling to write Fall Fell. Friends and family read the AW site so no feedback there but some of them give me feedback per Facebook, e-mail or phone. No feedback from FAA . Personal blog but my photography is always mentioned because I've been trying to work on it in spite of.....life.

It's been a little confusing to most people that just started reading them because to read them in order for this year they have to know the title of the first one and then to go to the next one, date wise, by hitting previous (instead of next). And most of the blog entries have the same (wrong) date because they are dated when I edited them instead of when I wrote them. :(

I've been wondering about going to Wordpress or the Square site but I really don't have the time for any more changes/learning curves right now. Juggling four part-time jobs and this week also hosting house guests.

Whew! :)

Please continue blogging. I will read your blogs, and comment... even if to say, "Hmmn, I don't like the sound of this." :) I discovered the blogging feature several days ago and was quite surprised to find it so sparse and that members are not hogging it:)
