Returns?

Knock on wood, but I have luckily never had anything returned by a buyer. If/when that happens, how do I find out? Does the image not appear in the "sales" anymore? Do I get an e-mail?

I've never had one, but I have seen others comment that they get an email.

the image vanishes from the main list and the count goes down by one. in accounting it says - returned within 30 days and it shows the money you lost.

you don't get an email.

They do NOT get an email. It does NOT vanish from the sales list.

If it is cancelled before it is shipped it disappears from the sales list and vanishes from the balance sheet.

Basically, you will know if you check your balance sheet and it will show as a debit and say returned within 30 days.
