Wrong Paper Ordered
I ordered a print and 5 hours later i realized it was not on the correct paper. This order is for a client/customer so i called within five hours to change the glossy to matte after being on the phone for about 15 minutes or so, the lady told me i would receive an email or phone call... i am curious as to where this stands and how it can be check on. i do not understand why if within the same day and it was not in process yet i could not get an answer tight away. any knowledge would be helpful here. thank you much
