Wrong Paper Ordered

I ordered a print and 5 hours later i realized it was not on the correct paper. This order is for a client/customer so i called within five hours to change the glossy to matte after being on the phone for about 15 minutes or so, the lady told me i would receive an email or phone call... i am curious as to where this stands and how it can be check on. i do not understand why if within the same day and it was not in process yet i could not get an answer tight away. any knowledge would be helpful here. thank you much

Could you have canceled the order and re-submit it? I agree something so simple should get a fast answer.

Because they need to contact the printer and QC as the image goes directly into the system the moment it is purchased.

You need to write to CUSTOMER SUPPORT as this is about a sale and they can sort this out for you

In future if it happens again, just cancel and re-order correctly - way simpler and faster.

I did talk to customer service directly but wished to also gain advice here as well as I have absolutely no clue about it no call, no email nothing ... that is all thank you.
