Who On The Forum Would You Love To Work With?

If you had the chance, who would you spend some time getting to know and work with?

I have a few people I would love to go shoot some photos with....JC Findley is at the top of my list (would love to chase some storms with him some day). I think I would like to go hang out with Parker Cunningham too.

OK, so we would be saying "I'd love to do something with ______" but that doesn't mean the opposite is true.
Hard to pick!

Abbie and Mike. Abbie so I could scold her about her music preference (kidding Abbie) and Mike because, well I think he is really a comedian deep down inside, he just hides that side from us! I would bet that both are barrels of laughs and I love people with a sense of humor

I don't like working so nobody. There are many people I would love to meet on the forum!

Marlene Burns

Adam Jewell because he has been every place I hope to visit in the US and would know all the cool locations to shoot landscapes.

I would also love to hang with 'Sean Mcdunn' one day...

Phyllis Beiser

Might I add, Patrick Anthony Pierson and Alfred Ng, just so I could watch them paint! What a treat that would be.

In my experience only one photographer can be in charge of the trip horses.
Even your pretty wife (girlfriend...) can be disaster when you want to stay just a little bit longer but your best friendly friend done and she wants to leave immediately.
Art and Vision by default is individual, private, and sacred.
If you want mule guide just say loud what you want.

Other than Sooner Photo or Viktor, I'd rather work with someone of a different discipline like a writer or chef.

Its tough as Viktor says, you'll usually want to stay longer or don't mind skipping meals.

Bonita Applebum

yes mr Victor say it very well. i am thinking many people help and teach good work but not same as coworker. maybe hang out is the real question to ask. mr Edwards thinking also making sense for other medium disciple. my ditigal art and friends photo be good as one piece or i make video for music piece.

i am sorry i spell Viktor. who what who what? man with girraffe be agressive in my thread and i think he want to argue so i not talking him

Mike Savad

he's gone now. this is about the 15th+ alias he made for himself. sooner or later he will run out of IP's to use. that last one showed an IP from Lowes. so with a movie theater or a handyman store (he was logged in my stat counter). still sad. he's a troll btw. and not a very good one.

Macmillan Dictionary.
brown-nose - definition:
to try very hard to please someone important or powerful, for example by agreeing with them all the time, in a way that annoys other people.

Mike, who's done?

Thing is, unless Sean pops in, no one in this thread has "power"

There are some artists here I love to know in person however I do not want to work with any, I prefer to work alone.

Humble thanks to you, James Tanyu:

I'll with either Nathalie Holland or Vivian Anderson..I can learn more with these artist!

I would love to hang with photographer Nava Jo Thompson for a spell snapping shots of wildlife & more in the great outdoors. Her birds are amazing! I'd also enjoy traveling the world with Brian Jannsen to experience his take on things in real time.
Art PrintsArt Prints

Art-wise, I'd be happy to sit with Carol Cavalaris for a couple of days and watch her work her magic...or Davina Nicholas as she creates her enchanted digital abstracts.

Though I'm blessed to find abundant inspiration all my own, within & without, I'm always open to new ways of taking both my art & photography to another level. The possibilities are endless!

Is that Marlene Burns still here? Well I would work with her but she smacked me so I have changed my mind. Besides she would make get up way too early for yoga class and god only knows what else!

BTW, I would love to see anyone from FAA.

I am usually available if any of yall find yourselves in the FL Panhandle.

Oh wow----Brooks!!!!!!!! Thank you-----back to this as soon as I give it some thought---and finish my art of : cooking dinner---lasagna---and veggies---and just so you know---I just picked 8 tomatoes from the little garden---inspired by 'you' dear Brooks :)

Barbara D Richards

I would love to work with any artist that uses their own photography and enhances using computer programs to develop pictures into their own concept of art.

Nava Thompson

Okay---So many of the artists I have come to know are very special in many ways. I am sure I could learn a lot from all of them.

A photography trip with Brooks would be great---she is talented on many levels---and has a fun personality. Also--I could pick up a few gardening and recipe ideas as a bonus.

Earlier---I wrote a long piece---mentioned several others---and I have come back to edit--- I don't want to leave anyone out---so I will just leave a short message this time. I will say that I admire photographers that brave the cold---get up early to catch the morning light---have the patience to wait for wildlife---I remain amazed at the beauty and 'the gift given' for us to capture.

Many of the artists that I have made friends with have some common traits---like humor, talent, and putting others first. I like that.

I'd love to collaborate with Lawrence on a Kickstarter project of some kind - I'm picturing a calendar featuring our pinup art - or with Carolyn/Sophi on a coffee table book featuring a collection of our work alongside the works of various other artists under the banner of gothic fetishism, or perhaps an outdoor mural in collaboration with one of my favorite artists on FAA:

Sell Art OnlineSell Art Online

Footnote: As Lawrence said, part of the fun in working together would be the chance to share ideas with fellow artists as we're working; the only problem with working side-by-side with Charles might be the possibility that I'd end up with a black eye and a broken nose, but other than those things and various other bruises and contusions, I can't really see a downside to it - it's turtles all the way up!

Sydne, lol....I'd love to work with you and don't worry about the yoga....I broke my ankle on the way to class last Monday...I'll be out of commission fr about 6 weeks or so.

There are a few here that I would thoroughly enjoy the chance to go out for a day to enjoy the company, & have some fun shooting.

Evie Carrier is the one... the one who whose adventures I would love to join in on - & learn her exquisite photo enhancing skills.

For painters it is a bit different - we would probably enjoy an artistic shopping spree together - more than painting side by side. Usually a solitary sport - best done in pajamas.

Sydne Archambault

I am all for a sport in pajamas!

Janine Riley

I could hang out in a PJs - ripped-torn-splattered -overalls party.

Now.. painting a building wall mural - would be a fabulous thing.

Sydne Archambault

That would be fun! Especially in pajamas!

Just for everyone's knowledge, Patrick loves it when Marlene smacks him. But don't tell him I told you all.

April Moen

Now I'm suddenly sad that I have never been smacked by Marlene. :(

Marlene Burns

April, I can fix that!
Once you are smacked, you will be added to my list of gurlz to hang with and wear pjs and paint.
Sorry, guys, but you are yucky.

Can we make an exception for Batmaaan... because a Batman costume - is kinda like PJs.

Marlene you have made April a very happy woman.

Janine Riley
