Flower Identification

Are these lupines? Seems too fuzzy for that.

it is an Astilbe.

Not any astilbe I've ever seen... wrong leaves and the spikes are individual.
Its a variety of celosia.

Mine is very invasive and grows wherever a seed ends up. so more of a weed than a plant now!
