A "will It Print" Sort Of Question...

Someone want to order this

http://fineartamerica.com/products/rainbow-forest-adam-jewell-canvas-print.html

In a 30*40 size on canvas. It shows up as available in that size on the main image page but when I try to put it as a limited time promotion it doesn't show as being available in 30*40.

How can I get it to be available at that size as a limited time promotion?

you can't. limited time promotions are limited to a certain set of sizes that faa decide.

Give them a discount code instead for a set amount off

......But 30x40 *is* one of the Limited Time Promotion sizes..... and his regular print shows that size available...

Like Adam, I've encountered the same thing before but didn't bother asking about it. For whatever reason, the code for limited time promotions doesn't use the same resolution calculation for available sizes that regular prints do.

i.e. you need a higher resolution file to to print the same size canvas print if it's a limited time promotion versus a regular canvas print which seems strange...

that's the con of the limited promo, it can't do many sizes and your image has to be a certain size. i think the reason its a discount is because of its odd size or its generic size. either make a new one in password gallery and mark it down or do the discount code.

The size they want is one of the sizes in the ltp standard sizes. It can be purchased at that size on the regular page but not as an ltp.

Its a family member so I'm not going to make anything on it and can't do anything to the image to change it for for ltp thing unless I enlarge it.
