Facing Color Problem

Hello Friends,
i recently joined FAA. and i am facing one problem . can u help regrarding that
my problem when i am uploading my artwork it comes in black , green color format...there is no option for changing colors format...how to edit color according to our artwork?
can u please help me how should i edit the color of my artwork?

We only accept Adobe RGB or sRGB, not ProPhoto or CMYK colour space :)

My Artwork is in CMYK color mode..

Yes, as I just said, we do not accept CMYK. You need to change to Adobe RGB or sRGB :-)
