Lost Digital Image

I recently used my laptop to create and upload 4 new images. Unfortunately my computer crashed and subsequently I lost my new images. They are on FAA. Is there a way I can get back the full resolution off my fine art site? I have sent several emails to FAA and have not heard back yet.
Any help would be appreciated!

if you contact tech support they can usually send you the original files. it may take a while before they reply, but do check your spam folder as it usually ends up in there.
