Actually, Abbie, Skip stated clearly:
“ I kept getting the follow(ing) message even though I had Tech Support selected in the drop down.”
And yet you state that he 'SENT YOU' all of these messages! As if he did this on purpose?
I submit that the error message Skip continued to get was one of the seemingly endless bugs that occur so often on this site that there is an open thread devoted solely for the purpose of reporting them. Not to mention the nearly daily threads opened in this forum to announce yet another problem.
Please excuse me if this is interpreted as anything other than honest feedback and genuine concern for a site that I am quite fond of and have enjoyed being a part of for nearly a year now. Especially since I enjoyed the pleasant surprise of receiving payment for a sale that I was not even aware that I had made!
Oh. I am also curious as to why an administrator on this site would first post a comment--- as such administrator---then reply from a “personal” account. (Photography and Other Jazz is one of your personal accounts, is it not, Abbie?)
