Trouble With Tech Support Tickets

Just a heads up... was trying to send a support ticket via Safari on a Mac (latest browser and OS) but it wouldn't send. I kept getting the follow message even though I had Tech Support selected in the drop down.

OOPS... SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
You must indicate who this question is for using the drop-down, below.


I was about to give up when I tried firefox and it worked fine.

Just thought tech support should know that there may be something wrong or a bug in the tech support ticket system for some browsers.

Well, get back on your Mac and report that problem via the support ticket!

You sent me 8 of the same tickets. I forwarded one to Sean and deleted the others

Hey, don't blame this on ME!!!

It's FAA's system that kept returning errors and kept appearing to lock up, continuing to process and not send. It's not ME it's YOUR system that's the problem.

You're putting this on ME for sending too many support tickets when your system was hanging up and failing to complete the submission? Seriously?!

It ONLY appeared to go through from my end when I used Firefox.

Why don't you read my post and look at the error message I was getting. That should indicate there's something amiss with your support ticket system. I hope buyers don't have the same experience that I did while spending a half hour today just trying to send a support ticket.

Speechless :(

 

Er.... Did I BLAME anyone? Where? Where is that a blame message? I stated you sent me 8 tickets....you did. No blame, just telling you that you sent me 8 tickets. No blame there AT ALL Skip. None. Not an iota, jot, minuscule amount. Then I let you know I sent one to Sean for you. No blame, just let you know it's been passed on. I deleted the others but forgot to lol at the end. Skip... No blame in that post.

Actually, Abbie, Skip stated clearly:

And yet you state that he 'SENT YOU' all of these messages! As if he did this on purpose?

I submit that the error message Skip continued to get was one of the seemingly endless bugs that occur so often on this site that there is an open thread devoted solely for the purpose of reporting them. Not to mention the nearly daily threads opened in this forum to announce yet another problem.

Please excuse me if this is interpreted as anything other than honest feedback and genuine concern for a site that I am quite fond of and have enjoyed being a part of for nearly a year now. Especially since I enjoyed the pleasant surprise of receiving payment for a sale that I was not even aware that I had made!

Oh. I am also curious as to why an administrator on this site would first post a comment--- as such administrator---then reply from a “personal” account. (Photography and Other Jazz is one of your personal accounts, is it not, Abbie?)
