Error Message Customer Is Recieving

A customer emailed me that when she tries to purchase an Acrylic print she receives an Error Message containing the following:

“You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Dell','http://fineartamerica.com/images-small-5/vinous-tr-odell.jpg','http://fin' at line 2”

Can someone help me to resolve this problem for her so that she can purchase one of my prints??

I want to get back to her as soon as I possibly can. Thank You in Advance.

Email tech Suppotr, above...Mark it URGENY, give URL of the image!

Make sure you tell them at what point she gets that error.

I reported a few hrs ago via the contact us link as urgent... no reply from them yet, and the 'problem' is still there.

There is no news yet as I'm not yet in support but, as said in the post earlier, it is known about and the engineers informed

Am also hoping for a speedy recovery

Abbie, do you realize the potential 'seriousness' of that bug?

Its not just a normal one, needs fixing quick I would say.

This is a possible back door issue.

 

Of course I understand the seriousness of the issue!! However, as I am not the coder there is not much I can do except bring it to his attention urgently and then let you know that I have done so.

ok great.. Just wanted to make sure someone know about its seriousness.. so it doesnt just get left as a 'normal' bug...

On my original message to him I put a double urgent. The highest I have ever sent :)

I did not want to say anything until I had spoken directly to Sean but yes, this is fixed now entirely so I am going to close the thread.
