Search Results

This may be a stupid question.. But is there an easy way to see what page your image shows up on for a particular keyword search result? In order to track your progress in moving towards the front (hopefully) lol.

No, just searching for it.

Unless you are already selling on a regular bases, you are not moving towards the front at any meaningful rate.

You are much better off worrying about promoting your work OUTSIDE of FAA and forgetting about the FAA search beyond the attention you pay to good titles, keywords and descriptions so they can be found in the Google search more so then the FAA search.

Promote your images from your Artistwebsite and when you start selling on a regular basis, the FAA search will take care of itself.

To do other wise will only drive you crazy and probably net you zero for your efforts. The time you spend trying to master the FAA search is better spent on outside marketing efforts, imho.

The other thing that would pay off more then worrying about the search, is adding more images. You have 43 images, 43 very good images... but there are some here with 50,000 images and more, 7 million or so is what they say. How fast can anyone expect to move up and gain on those people, realistically. You can't. But you can sell your own work by promoting your own work and links to YOUR images, not the FAA mother ship and those 7 million images.

it might be neat, you can ask on suggestions. though it will vary from day to day. but knowing your on page 50 vs 60 may not be that encouraging, and if your not moving at all, that's a bummer too.
