Problems Logging Into Aw..

Looked at past discussions for an answer but did not find anything I have not tried to do so...anyhow trying to log into my website in behind the scenes. The site is not recognizing my email address for some reason or at least that what it says. I have only used one email account for FAA..I tried refreshing the page, logging in via mobile and Laptop..both give the same oops in red writing stating the email is wrong and the only option is to change your password but you cannot do that until email is recognized so I am wondering what has happened? and how to fix?

Jason - I had no problem using the behind the scene link to log in my aw. I also used your aw link in your profile and was delivered to your aw site. You posted this over an
hour ago so maybe you can try again and if it still fails send in a tech ticket, or maybe someone else has some advice.

Thanks Pamela..yes I can get into my AW site through the link with my name but is it a different method for getting into the here link or admin link because that is where it's giving me the email message saying it does not recognize it ?
