Did I Hit The Wrong Button?

If so, I didn't mean to and I don't remember it, but the sizes for my pictures are showing in cms. The prices are showing in dollars, however. Is this another glitch or did I hit something I didn't mean to?

at the bottom of the screen in the black box you'll see the measurements. why it changes on its own is a mystery.
