Where Is My Sale?

A good friend of my mothers made a 36" wide print purchase of one of my artworks here on Fine Art America a couple of
days ago. I have not received an email about this sale & it hasn't registered in my sales account. Has anyone ever
had this happen to them before? Please advise.

We have had people buy someone else's work instead.... Or not finish the sale and have the item still in their cart.

Double check with them that they have an email confirming the sale. Also check with Customer Support if you know which image they supposedly bought http://fineartamerica.com/contactus.html?tab=contactus

Just don't have them send you a link to their shopping cart.

Also you will know that you got a sale if folks start congratulating you in the comments section of which ever print was bought.

Really you think that? Sales are found by looking at the sales section behind the scenes. There is no other reliable way.

Another way didn't say the only way gee. Relax it is only FAA. Also she had checked there.

By the way which print did she "purchase"?

Yes that did happen to me a few times when you got the 'congrats' messages. There would be no official 'New Order' email from the FAA.

 

I've had too many sales with no congratulatory comments. (Hey! What's up with that!) So far, I've always received an email announcement, but check Behind The Scenes w-a-y too often . . . just in case. ;-)

Hi Everyone, Just an update. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I
heard back from the client. They actually want to purchase the original artwork, so
the print sale was never transactioned. I SOLD the original, which is even better!!! Yay! =)
