Maintenance

Hello,

I learn so much from these discussions and appreciate everyone who helps all of us others who ar just getting started! I have read on some discussions that the FAA is doing maintenence at this time. I have a lot of work to do in my galleries and I have gone in and edited and changed out photos and I do submit and it replies that the changes have been saved. But days later when I go back to check, in fact; they have not been saved or changed. Is this something that I should expect when maintence is happening and if so...how do I know when that is finished? thanks for the feedback in advance!

did you hit submit after? it should be fine unless something happened on the other end.

Yes, I do hit the submit....I have done this several times; that is why I am questioning the maintenance?/?????

Roberta,

Mike's right. If you hit "submit" the changes are saved and "usually" overnight, they will be made. Sometimes it might be a few days before the changes are added, but that's rare,

Roberta, sometimes your computer remembers the way it was rather than the way it is :-) Try Pressing F5 on your computer a couple of times to clear things up.

Hi Roberta :) Try Pamela's trick. It may be the browser remembering the way it was

Roberta, I'm a computer guy but I still keep tripping over this one. After you replace a previously-updated image, the next time you see the page for that image you'll still see the original and wonder what happened. Push F5 - like the others said - to flush the old version from your computer and get the latest from FAA's server.

Thanks to all of you! I will try the F5!
