Has Twitter Changed Its Posting Format?

Has Twitter changed its posting format?
Up to a few days ago (for me) when one tweets and includes a picture the picture is given a 'pic.twitter.com' address. You can make a copy of the address, from clicking on your posting once live, and reuse it again rather than uploading the picture (in fact the whole tweet) again.
However I have noticed over the past day the 'pic' part of the tweet is no longer visible. Only your part of the tweet is visible. Has anyone else found this or have I done something naughty?

Martin, I don't know but will be watching this thread. I noticed a while back that when I posted an upload from a different site, a pic would go along with the announcement. Wasn't really sure if I liked that idea at first, but got used to it. Then, I noticed that stopped a few months ago. Have never had a pic come along for the ride with my FAA posts ... so I maybe we're both sitting on the naughty chairs ... ??

Lois I have not had a pic attached with a FAA tweet myself. But of course I am referring to personal tweets rather than ones generated via third parties.
