Ello - A New Sns

So I heard anti-FB ppl are signing up via invite to this new SNS called Ello. It's still in beta phase but, according to a friend who signed up, she said it's like Twitter and Tumblr mixed together. No ad is their key point. It might be geared toward photo sharers..
what do you guys know and say about Ello??
