I'd venture to say this is a scam from a third party. Please tread carefully. If it really is FAA, I'm sure they will be patient with you. First, how did you get the message? E-mail? Or as you submitted the info in Behind the Scenes?

Has it expired? Check the expiration date...

Did you check your expiration date? That is what I usually forget to update.

can you still log into your account? it will lock if you don't pay. make sure you see where that link goes in your email. then go to your card company and see for yourself. i don't think the site sends anything at all.

Yes, I can still log into my account. I did receive an email from FAA about my credit card. I'm hoping it's just a simple mistake.
