There are several correct answers to your question...photo luster, semi-matte archival matte and picture rag are all good. Some subjects want a glossy presentation and do better with photo glossy or metallic paper.
The best way to decide is to order a sample package of paper and canvas, it's a bargain and then you can hold them all in your hands while you ponder which is the best choice for the image you have in mind.
