Specific Question For Image To Be Printed - Where Do I Go To Ask?

How or where do I ask a question about printing a specific image? It would be for a metal print and I want to know whether or not I need to lighten it. If it is printed too dark - which the metal print I myself ordered came out darker than I expected, but still worked beautifully - but for this one, it would destroy it.

I don't see anywhere in the Behind the Scenes or the Discussions who to contact directly or where the instructions are for asking this. I'd appreciate the help!

Thank you, Abbie - I did that and am still waiting for someone to contact me.
I actually have sent it twice over several days under each category - to customer support and tech support - since I don't know where DAWN actually is. Still nothing.
This is about a sale - I would have thought I would get a response in a day or so........

Today I called the customer service phone number I found only by actually starting to place an order.
They recorded my question to submit it again - hopefully this time someone will get back to me.
